Please apply this fix.
If you still experience issues:
- if you're still seeing issues you may need to increase the size of the "spacer" that was used (cut a larger piece of Velcro). A successful install will not allow a card to slide under the black transfer roller when tilted on an angle.
- Notice the picture below. Notice how the white card is sliding past the black roller, this is a faulty state. The black roller should be tight enough against the base that it prevents the white card from rolling past that black roller.
